DESCRIPTION

With seating for 125, large fireplace, covered porch and a view of the lagoon, Pete Peteson Lodge is perfect for group gatherings. With nearby picnic shelters and a playground nestled under the mature pines, large groups can be accommodated on the property as easily as individuals and families. Both Pete Peterson Lodge and the picnic shelters are available for rental events.

Pete Peterson Lodge

The Lodge has 2,400 square feet of space and is furnished with 39 tables and 150 chairs. It will accommodate a seated dinner for 150 people. There is a small sink, counter space, upright cooler, but no stove or microwave. It has a fireplace and a pit grill located outside. There is no TV, PA equipment or podium. The Lodge is air-conditioned / heated and restrooms are accessible from both inside and outside the building. You will be allowed up to two hours set-up time before an event but breakdown is on your time. ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDING BUT OTHERWISE IS PROHIBITED ON THE PREMISES. FISHING IS PROHIBITED.

Weekday Rates
Any 4 hours between 8am – midnight is $300.
Every hour after the first four hours will be $50 per hour.

Weekend and Holidays
(FRIDAY 5:00 P.M. THROUGH SUNDAY MIDNIGHT)
Any 4 hours between 8am – midnight is $400.
Every hour after the first four hours will be $50 per hour.

Police Officers will patrol through the Lodge. Groups over 150 may require POLICE OFFICERS at an additional cost. This additional cost, which will be predetermined, will be paid directly to the police officer on duty at the time.

A SIGNED AGREEMENT AND A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (WHICH IS APPLIED TO THE RENTAL FEE) IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION FOR THE LODGE. FULL PAYMENT OF THE RENTAL FEE IS DUE ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE.

ALCOHOL, FISHING, LIVE BANDS OR LOUD MUSIC IS NOT PERMITTED.
